Someone who has held jobs for short periods would need to explain for the actions. The prospective employer will want to know your reason for the job changes. Be honest with your reasons but do not
sound too negative.

Common reasons for job changes after a short while includes the following:

1) Company/Department seems unstable be it in terms of organization or financials
2) Job scope was totally different from what was mentioned during the interview.
3) Do make it a point not to sound negative about the company and avoid highlighting trivial or small issues. Do not come across as being unable to adapt to the company.
